Freshman Applicants
Qualification as a Delaware resident for fee purposes requires, a domicile and continuous residence in Delaware for 12 months immediately prior to the date of proposed enrollment. This requirement applies to the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) if the applicant is economically dependent (i.e., qualifies as an exemption for Federal Income Tax purposes); otherwise, the appropriate section of the admissions application should be completed by the applicant. Foreign applicants holding a visa are not eligible for Delaware residency.
