Do you need to miss a tour?
Here is the proper procedure for missing a tour. This information can also be
found in the Spring Update of the Handbook below.
Procedures for Calling Out
Change of Plans or Realizing You Can No Longer Give Your Tour
If you cannot give a tour for any reason other than a last minute illness or emergency
you are required to find a replacement (using the Alternate Tour Coverage) and email
the coordinator of the month with this information prior to the tour time. The Alternate Tour Coverage list was sent to all BHAs through the UD dropbox. If you fail to follow this procedure you will be required to give an additional tour.
Last Minute Illness and Emergencies:
We understand that illness and emergencies can happen. It is still your responsibility
to notify the coordinator of the month if one of these situations occurs. For all tours
and open house programs, you should call the coordinator of the month and if they
do not answer leave a message stating your name and reason for calling out.

The Princeton Review invites you to speak out about daily academic and social life at your
school by being a part of this year’s student survey. Spread your insights on what life on
your campus is all about: favorite classes, extracurricular activities, sports and clubs,
school traditions, professor/student interaction, residence life, food…you get the picture.
The survey is online and takes only a few minutes to fill out. All undergraduates who
complete it will be entered to win the "$5,000 for Your Thoughts" Sweepstakes! *
To complete the survey and enter the sweepstakes, please use your school-issued email
voice will be heard. The /Students Say/ portion of your school’s profile is based directly
on quotes submitted by students. It provides prospective undergraduates with a candid,
accurate, and engaging picture of life at your college, helping them to decide if it’s the
right fit.
