Each tour begins with a 40-minute information session and question and answer period conducted by an admissions officer. The information session is immediately followed by a one and a half hour walking tour of campus led by our Blue Hen Ambassadors. Walking tours of central campus generally include entry into a classroom building, the Student Center(s), the library, and a residence hall and room. To make a reservation for a weekday or Saturday information session and tour, complete our reservation form or call the Admissions Office at (302) 831-8123 weekdays between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm.

Please note that for groups of 10 or more, special arrangements are usually necessary and must be made by calling the Admissions Office at least two weeks before the desired visit date.
Tips for making your visit more enjoyable
Information sessions and campus tours usually originate at the Visitors Center, 196 South College Avenue, which is adjacent to Visitors Parking Lot #41. Getting to our campus is easy - directions and local accommodations information are available. To allow for an easy start to your visit, please plan to arrive on campus at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the information session and tour you plan to attend. In order for you to enjoy the entire information session and tour, we advise you to allow at least 2 1/2 hours for your visit and to plan other appointments on campus in consideration of the scheduled admissions information sessions and campus tours. As walking tours usually last for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, we recommend that you wear comfortable shoes and attire appropriate for the weather.
